How Mopar Maximum Care / FlexCare pricing works
Name change: Stellantis has rebranded Mopar Vehicle Protection as FlexCare. "Extended Care Premium" is the new name for what used to be Maximum Care (Chrysler Warrantys, Chrysler Factory Plans). Most forum posts below still say "Maximum Care".
Prices depend a lot on deductible ($0 / $100 / $200) and on the vehicle's current mileage. Owners report price jumps after 12k and 24k miles (Jeep Forum). High-performance models like the TRX cost far more.
Is it the same plan if I buy from another dealer? Verified: one online seller describes the plan as "a product of FCA US LLC", and another says FlexCare plans are "accepted at all Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealerships" in the US.
In general, the manufacturer sets a cost for each plan, and the dealer selling it decides how much to add on top. That's why the same contract can be priced very differently by two dealers. Before you sign anything, check the plan name, term, deductible, start date/mileage, and cancellation terms in writing.
